‘Breadcrumbs’ is an opportunity to create for our kids that we wish had been created for us…the ability to be seen AND see ourselves inside of our story.

At one moment, we are immersed in the day-to-day life we share with our children.
And then it seems the next moment, we are reflecting on that season once the busyness of raising children is behind us.
Between these two moments of perspective, sits a world of difference … and massive opportunity.
Moms and Dads actively in the process of raising their kids can miss the importance of a moment. Many times, these are teachable moments and ones the children hold onto forever. Unfortunately, we tend to remember the difficult or disconnected moments and forget the times we felt super connected with our family members.

Breadcrumbs offers a new and refreshing perspective on these moments in the parent-child relationship.
This tool actualizes mindfulness within the journey of raising children. Breadcrumbs is an approach that supports both parents and children in their hectic lives right now, and then again as they step into adulthood. For the goal of parenting is to not simply to protect children, but prepare them to be a healthy adult.

The WHY of The Breadcrumbs Program
- Because I desired to be a wonderful mother but didn’t know if I truly had what it took.
- Because I loved my child with a love so deep that it overwhelmed me at times, and I thought my daughter deserved a way to access all the love I held for her, but through my eyes.
- Because I had no way of knowing how any of my efforts raising her would turn out in the end, and despite this, I still wanted her to have a way of knowing the evolution of our story as mother and child
- Because I wanted the lessons, the pearls of wisdom, the many truths and realities about life, to be able to find her again, at the time of her adulthood.
